1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged or broken
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect reported within the valid return period

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed appliances

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the case.

4. Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery. Please share clear photos or videos of the product along with your order details to help us resolve the issue quickly.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
